🔨 Construction Phases & Community Engagement

What to Expect During Construction

The project is entering its construction phase which is a crucial step in delivering long-term infrastructure improvements that enhance safety, mobility, and quality of life for residents and businesses. Construction will take place in phased segments to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient delivery. Each phase is carefully coordinated with utility providers, local agencies, and city departments.

Construction phases include:

  1. Mobilization & Pre-Construction Setup
Crews will install signs, staging areas, and safety barriers. Utility markings and pre-construction surveys will also occur.

  2. Underground Work (If Applicable)
Installation or rehabilitation of water, wastewater, or storm drainage infrastructure.

  3. Roadway Improvements
Pavement reconstruction, sidewalk upgrades, curb ramps, and new traffic signals where needed.

  4. Restoration & Final Touches
Landscaping, street signage, and final inspections. We aim to leave the neighborhood better than we found it.

A detailed construction timeline with maps and expected milestones will be posted below and updated as the project progresses.
