Water Line Replacement in Mandell Place, Montrose, Westmoreland, and Courtland Place Subdivisions

The project is progressing well. Contractors are actively working on the Montrose waterline in the area bounded by Dunlavy, Westheimer, Stanford, and West Alabama, completing excavation, installing new water lines and fire hydrants, and restoring streets and sidewalks. We are pleased to report that the project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.

Contractors have begun work on additional sections of Hawthorne St, Yoakum Blvd, Roseland St, and Lovett Blvd. They are also connecting previously installed water lines and restoring areas where work has already been completed. The project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.

Contractors are currently installing new waterlines along Yoakum Blvd, Hawthorne St, Mount Vernon St, Lovett Blvd, and the northern portion of Graustark St. In the coming weeks, work will continue on Hawthorne St and Lovett Blvd, with new construction beginning on Roseland St and Stanford St. As crews move through each area, they will also connect services and restore the site. The project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.

The project is progressing smoothly! Contractors are installing new waterlines along Marshall, Harold, Mulberry, Yupon, Graustark, and Hawthorne streets (west of Yoakum Boulevard). They have also begun switching service from the old lines to the new ones along Marshall Street and have started restoration work in that area. The project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.
