🔍 Why Is This Project in Review?

Our goal is to design with everyone in mind- maintaining key traffic lanes and prioritizing pedestrian safety every step of the way!

Some projects you’ve seen on EngageHouston.org have moved into the Review Phase for various reasons — and it could one of the following:

✅ Community Feedback: We’ve gathered valuable input from residents like you, and now our teams are reviewing that feedback to refine project plans.

🛠️ Technical Evaluation: Engineering, budget, or environmental factors may require further assessment before moving forward.

📋 Planning & Prioritization: As part of our commitment to transparency and efficiency, we periodically pause to ensure projects align with city goals, funding, and community needs.

The good news? These projects are still very much active — just undergoing the thoughtful review they deserve.
