Share I know that for the Cullen Park Path Segment 2 we were required to submit a Design Concept Review (DCR). Is that process followed for COH projects? If there is a DCR for the Gessner Corridor Reconstruction project it would be helpful if it were posted on the project site so that public comments can be made from a more-informed position. on FacebookShare I know that for the Cullen Park Path Segment 2 we were required to submit a Design Concept Review (DCR).
