The project is progressing well! Contractors are constructing tunnel shafts along Fuqua Street from Blackhawk Boulevard to Monroe Road. Next, crews will begin tunneling wastewater lines beneath Fuqua Street within the same corridor. We’re pleased to report that the project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2027.
