The intersection is fully open to traffic effective on 9/21/2021. Restoration is currently taking place and is anticipated to be complete in October. The restoration work has limited impact to residents and local traffic.

The Final Pressure Test was successfully completed on Saturday. Great News! Due to TS Nicholas, Contractor will not perform contractual work on Monday and Tuesday. The crew will monitor the construction site and will respond to adjust traffic controls and bypass systems.

The bypass ramp has been relocated about 75 feet south from the previous location. This solution has restored the lane configuration to the pre-existing condition and right turn lane is open for traffic. Transtar is scheduled to adjust signal timing for today.
The Contractor is currently adjusting joint at one location(Golf Course area) and the next pressure test will be scheduled later this week.

Contractor agreed to complete the pressure test, remove the bypass, and restore the site within 3-4 weeks.
Contractor agreed to relocate the bypass ramp about 75 feet south from the current location by Tuesday Night, August 21, 2021. This interim solution will restore the northbound right turning lane.
Contractor will submit a request for signal timing adjustment by August 18, 2021. Capital Projects will coordinate with Transtar to expedite this request.
