    We appreciate your interest in the Reconstruction of Holmes Road project. The road is open! The City of Houston has completed the paving for the roadway project, and it is now open for use. Please note that some minor construction work may occur over the next few weeks as the construction company completes minor fixes. The final completion is Spring 2024.
