South Lockwood - Subproject 1

Work is advancing at the intersection of Navigation and South Lockwood, where crews are installing new traffic signals and preparing the median. Utility relocation is also in progress, paving the way for future sidewalk improvements. The project is moving forward on schedule and remains set for completion in Summer 2025.
