A: The project includes the abandonment of the Tidwell Timbers Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), demolition and flow diversion from the existing Tidwell Timbers Lift Station on the south side of Tidwell Road, construction of a new Tidwell Timbers Lift Station, and construction of new force main and gravity sewer.

CONSTRUCTION

Q: At some point, will my utilities be affected? 

A: No

Q: Will this project cause traffic/mobility issues (lane closures, increase of trucks in the area, etc.)? 

This project is mostly trenchless construction. However, it will need lane closures at shaft locations. Attached are the traffic control plans. 

Q: Are they going to dig up the front area or just the street? 

Both. While protecting existing trees, the project will involve removing and replacing limited portion of pavements. No work is planned on individual (private) property.
