Share The contractor recently moved a large tracked hydraulic excavator from a location in the street near 2058 Branard Street to somewhere several blocks to the east, perhaps in Woodhead Street. the movement was accomplished by tracking the excavator in the street. Thank you for reaching out to Engagehouston.org! We understand that the pavement within the area is under construction. We have ensured that the area is still drivable and please note that it will eventually be removed and replaced. We want to thank you for your time and patience during this project!

Share Thank you for your email requesting that the dirt stockpile be shoveled away from the curb in front of 2105 Branard. Although the response states that it's been confirmed there is no stockpile of dirt blocking my curb drains, that is incorrect. I would send you pictures of the dirt, but I can not attach them using this website. Perhaps the Project Coordinator might take a look to see that nothing has been cleared. TexMike asked 6 months agoHowdy Neighbor!
Just to clarify, the dirt pile is not a stockpile. The roadway and curb on that side of Branard had to be completely removed in order to install the 72’’ Waterline through open-cut construction. Once the 72’’ Waterline was installed, the trench was temporarily backfilled to the pre-existing pavement grade, with in-situ material. Branard will remain in this state until our paving crew arrives to replace the pavement. Additionally, the curb drains will also be replaced at that time. I hope this clears things up for you. Thank you you for contacting Engagehouston.org!

Share Why is our water turned on and off everyday, and why don't you post a schedule so we can plan around it? How long will the 1700 block of Kipling be inaccessible? mikarno asked about 1 year agoHowdy Neighbor! Thank you for getting in touch with Engagehouston.org! It's important for us to make sure that all residents who may be affected by water shut offs receive a notification at least 72 hours before the event, so they can prepare accordingly. We also apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our goal is to keep everyone informed of what's happening, and we'll do our best to communicate any updates or changes. -
Share Do you know when construction will begin on the 2100 Block of Branard St. 77098 (between S. Shepherd and Greenbriar)? Today contractors dropped off "Street Closed" barricades. Contractors have also netted trees, surveyed and marked areas with orange paint. An approximate commencement date would be most appreciated. on Facebook Share Do you know when construction will begin on the 2100 Block of Branard St. 77098 (between S. Shepherd and Greenbriar)? Share By phasing, I assume you mean the the timing of various stages of the project, i.e. where you plan on begin and the estimated timeframe of each stage. A phasing map is referred to above, but I don't see it.
