Kipling – Proposed underground utilities, roadway paving, concrete sidewalk & driveways are complete. Tree grates have been sent back to the fabricator to be cut. It will take three weeks to install them once they are delivered back to the project. Both lanes of Kipling are open to traffic.

Woodhead – Proposed underground utilities, roadway paving, sidewalks & driveways are complete. Asphalt transitions and signal work are ongoing. Woodhead, from Kipling to West Alabama, has both lanes of traffic open. Woodhead, from W Alabama to Branard, is only open to one Northbound traffic lane.

Branard – Proposed underground utilities are complete. Roadway paving is ongoing and scheduled for completion by mid-March 2024. Branard, from Woodhead to Greenbriar, is open to one lane of Westbound traffic only.

Greenbriar – 72-inch Water Line and Wastewater installation is complete. The proposed Storm Water will be completed in two weeks. Roadway paving is scheduled to start in late March 2024 and is scheduled for completion by early May 2024. Greenbriar, from Richmond to Branard, is currently open to one lane of Northbound traffic only.
