Howdy Neighbor! Thank you for your question! There will be a 10-feet sidewalk or shared-use path that will be constructed as part of this project. Check out the Typical Section Exhibit that is on the project page for more information. Thank you!
  • Share Looking at the Tree Protection plan, I question the placement of the 3" Dahon Holly plantings on Dunlavy on the far left of the second page. These will be very close to utility poles and directly underneath power lines that service the residences there. on Facebook Share Looking at the Tree Protection plan, I question the placement of the 3" Dahon Holly plantings on Dunlavy on the far left of the second page. Howdy Neighbor!! The tree placement locations shown on plans are not final. Locations must still be coordinated with adjacent property owners, City of Houston Urban Forestry, the contractor's arborist and Houston Public Works. All trees may not be planted, and the locations and species may change relative to coordination with listed parties. Thank You for sharing your concern with our team!

  • Share I thought that I read that a stop sign would be added to the Dunlavy & W Clay intersection. Can you confirm? Also, any idea when sidewalks will be added to W Clay (west of Dunlavy). It’s incredibly dangerous for pedestrians. on Facebook Share I thought that I read that a stop sign would be added to the Dunlavy & W Clay intersection. Can you confirm? Thank you for your questions. The project is currently in design and we are proposing a new signal light at Clay and Dunlavy along with new sidewalks for both sides of the street.

We anticipate the contract to be awarded to a contractor late 2022 and construction to begin after.
