DETAILS The project proposes the construction of new sanitary sewers to achieve relocating the existing large-diameter sanitary sewer away from Sims Bayou within the project area bounded by Sims Bayou (North), Kilkenny Drive, Monarch Road, Chiswick Road, Tandy Park Way, and West Orem Drive (South), Sims Bayou (West) and east boundary of Trail at City Park Apartment (East).
