Water Line Replacement in Midtown Area and Winlow Place, Dearborn Place, Montlew Place, and Lancaster Subdivisions

The project is progressing well! In the area bounded by West Alabama, Richmond, South Shepherd, and Dunlavy, major utility work is complete, and pavement and sidewalk replacement is underway. Once paving is complete, crews will begin landscaping and final restoration. In the Midtown area, bounded by McGowen, Winbern, Albany, and Main, roadway and utility work continues. The project remains on schedule for completion by Fall 2026.
