Water Line Replacement in Midtown Area and Winlow Place, Dearborn Place, Montlew Place, and Lancaster Subdivisions

The project is progressing well! Restoration work is underway along Westheimer, West Alabama, South Shepherd, and Dunlavy, with additional work beginning in the Midtown area bounded by McGowen, Winbern, Albany, and Main. The project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.

The project is progressing well! Contractors are actively restoring Westheimer, West Alabama, South Shepherd, and Dunlavy, including replacing street pavement and repairing curbs. Once this work is completed, crews will begin landscaping. We’re pleased to report that the project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.
