    The project is progressing well! Contractors are actively installing water lines on the north side of Westheimer in the Cherryhurst and Yupon areas. We’re pleased to report that the project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026.

    A contractor working in the Montrose area has accidentally struck a waterline near the intersection of Missouri and Ridgewood. Repair crews are actively on site and working diligently to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. At this time, repairs are estimated to take approximately 2–3 hours.

    We may experience an increase in customer inquiries and complaints during this time. Thank you all for your continued support and responsiveness as crews work toward a resolution.
