For the work on Chevy Chase & Sleepy Hollow:

The contractor is waiting for the City to approve the video inspection of the newly installed 36” sanitary sewer. Approval should take about 1-3 weeks. Then the Contractor will resume work. If there are further delays in this process we will update the project webpage on www.engagehouston.org.

Once the work resumes, the Contractor will begin the connection of the sanitary sewer line, demolition the Lift Station, install the 24" storm line on Chevy Chase, and then repairing and repaving Chevy Chase.

For the work on Telephone Road:

The work on Telephone Road has been delayed due to a subcontractor and material/supply delivery issue. Per the project team, the material will be available by mid-march and the duration of the work is approximately one month.

The contractor's schedule shows the current project completion date is anticipated for May 2022.
