GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION
Q What is the purpose of this project?
A The purpose is to reconstruct the roadway and sidewalk, regrade the ditches, and replace roadside culverts.
Q What is going to be replaced/installed in this project?
A Work Work in the Sherwood Lane area includes removing existing asphalt pavement and installing new reinforced concrete pavement with slotted curbs. Bus pads are to be constructed per the location and dimension of the plan and profile sheets with 9” concrete pavement, 4” chairs for reinforcing, expansion joints between 4 1/2” and 9” pavement and require METRO approval before placement of concrete. Mailboxes impacted by construction will be replaced with approval of COH.
