Pine Forest Wastewater Improvements

Construction will be temporarily paused from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026, with work resuming on January 2, 2026. The project remains on schedule for completion by Spring 2026.

The project is progressing smoothly! Contractors have finished installing the wastewater lines on Pine Forest and Green Tree. The next phase of work will focus on paving the eastbound lane of Green Tree. The project remains on schedule for completion in Spring 2026.

We’re preparing to begin construction on Green Tree Road, starting from Sage Road to Pine Shadows Drive along the south side of the roadway (eastbound). The work is scheduled to begin this Fall 2025.

As part of our commitment to keeping the community informed, door hangers will be distributed two weeks before construction begins to notify nearby residents and businesses.

The project remains on schedule for completion by Spring 2026.

The project is progressing well. Contractors have completed manhole installations at Pine Forest, Green Tree, and Sage Road and are now preparing to install new wastewater lines along Pine Forest.
