What is the purpose of this project?

This project is part of the City's Lift Station Renewal and Replacement Improvements program and is required to replace/upgrade lift station facilities. The work to be performed under this contract award is necessary to maintain compliance with Houston's wastewater consent decree with EPA and TCEQ. It is necessary due to the age and condition.


How long is this project going to take to complete?
12 months (365 calendar days). Work is scheduled to begin in Summer 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2023. The project schedule depends upon weather conditions.
