The project is under design. The design consultant is HR Green, Inc. The preliminary engineering phase will conduct various studies and perform analysis to produce a recommended project. Final Design will then follow, finalizing design elements, producing final construction drawings, necessary permits, and addressing preparation for real estate acquisition and easements. The design phase started Fall 2022, and the anticipated completion is Spring 2025. Construction will be from Fall 2025 to Fall 2027.
