There is a lot of traffic at Kirkwood and Waldemar Dr.

    Carmen asked 3 months ago

Thank you for your question. New left-turn lanes are planned along Kirkwood at all median openings, including at the intersection of Waldemar. These lanes will remove turning vehicles from the general traffic along Kirkwood as they wait for a gap in oncoming traffic, thereby improving traffic flow and safety along Kirkwood. The City will continue to monitor this intersection to determine if future traffic operations or safety concerns require further improvements.
