The project is progressing well! Contractors are actively installing a wastewater manhole along Hempstead Road. We’re pleased to share that the project remains on schedule for completion by Spring 2026.

The project is now anticipated to be completed in Spring 2026. Delays have been caused by ongoing work with private underground utilities. Contractors are actively installing manholes and wastewater lines at the Hempstead Lift Station near the intersection of Hempstead and Lang Roads. We’ll continue to share updates as the project progresses.
