Contractor will be delivering a manhole on Tanya Circle. This delivery should only take a few hours this morning.

On December 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM, a meeting was held at the Old Stone Trail Lift Station (LS) (WBS R-000035-011B-4) with the City of Houston project team, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Houston City Council District G, and an Old Stone Trail HOA representative to discuss the possible routes to access the proposed manhole construction location inside of the LS. One possible route (Route 1) was the LS entrance gate; however, it is too narrow for the excavator that needs to access. Another option was to use City of Houston easement (Route 2) on the west side of the LS; however, the route is too narrow with a tree blocking that path. The last option (Route 3) was to use the open area further west of the LS, and Route 3 is the most practical option available. The contractor agreed to restore any construction related damages to its original condition once complete.

Also, the dirt piled up on the south side of the LS will be removed by the Contractor by Friday, December 10, 2021.
