  • Share Where does the drainage improvement project for BM South currently fall on the priority list of CIP's that were previously not initiated due to limited funding? We have been told by our District F representatives that we are "in the pipeline" and "on the schedule", but after a month of inquiry, we still have yet to receive any discrete timeline or explanation of the project phases. We only know that it has been sitting in the Design Phase for a while. Any material feedback would be very helpful. Thank you for your question. At this time one subproject was advanced into the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Currently, there are no additional Briarmeadow Area subprojects under design or planned for construction. Additional subprojects for areas previously studied across the city will be advanced into the CIP for design and construction as funding becomes available. We have a Local Drainage Project south of Richmond at Longfield Circle (Cul-de-sac) which includes street and drainage improvements. The project is in the screening stage and design is anticipated to start this month and we anticipate construction to follow 18 months from January 2022.
