DETAILS The Avalon project involves installing approximately 34,000 linear feet of 6-inch to 24-inch wastewater lines and service connections within the public right-of-way. The existing wastewater system will be abandoned. Proposed 24-inch to 72-inch stormwater lines will be installed to replace existing stormwater lines, improving drainage flow in the area. The project also includes reconstructing street pavement, sidewalks, and driveways, as well as installing street lighting, permanent signage, and pavement markings.
