DETAILS The Avalon project involves installing approximately 34,000 linear feet of 6-inch to 24-inch wastewater lines and service connections within the public right-of-way. The existing wastewater system will be abandoned. Proposed 24-inch to 72-inch stormwater lines will be installed to replace existing stormwater lines, improving drainage flow in the area. The project also includes reconstructing street pavement, sidewalks, and driveways, as well as installing street lighting, permanent signage, and pavement markings.

What is the purpose of this project? This project will improve the area's infrastructure by installing new wastewater lines and service connections, abandoning the existing wastelines, and resolving conflicts. The installation of new stormwater lines will enhance drainage flow, and the reconstruction of streets, sidewalks, and driveways, along with the installation of lighting and signage, will enhance the overall safety and usability of the area.

How long is this project going to take to complete? (988 calendar days). Work is scheduled to begin in the Summer of 2025 and is anticipated to be completed in the Spring of 2028. The project schedule depends upon weather conditions
