24 months (720 calendar days). Work is scheduled to begin in early Winter 2020 and is anticipated to be completed in Summer 2022. The project schedule depends upon weather conditions.

    S-000900-0131-4 is the first segment of 72-inch water line projects. The second segment, S-000900-0134-4 will connect to S-000900-0131-4 at Crawford and go to Mout Vernon in Montrose. The third segment, S-000900-0135-4 will begin from Mount Vernon and end at Richmond & Greenbriar intersection connecting to an existing 66-inch water line.
