There are two parts to the Bingle project: one in the City of Houston and one in the adjacent City of Spring Valley. Both parts will be implemented by the same pavement marking contractor simultaneously. The contractor is ready to proceed in the Houston section; however, they are waiting for Spring Valley's contract approval. They are hopeful that Spring Valley City Council will approve their contract this month, and in the best-case scenario, they could begin and finish all related work in November 2023.
