The project is progressing well! Crews are installing new wastewater, stormwater, and water lines between the MKT Trail and 11th Street, while utility relocations continue between 11th Street and 15th Street. In the coming weeks, roadway pavement and sidewalk construction will begin along Shepherd and Durham between the MKT Trail and 11th Street. Please use caution and allow extra travel time when driving through the work zone. We’re pleased to report that the project remains on schedule for completion by Fall 2028.
