Please note that construction will be temporarily paused from December 22, 2025, through January 4, 2026. When work resumes, contractors will move into the next phase, which includes new pavement, sidewalks, drainage, wastewater, and lighting improvements along Durham and Shepherd. The project remains on schedule for completion by Fall 2028.
