DETAILS This study analyzed detention in the former Ruffino Hills landfill for detention/mitigation. A TCEQ Type IX application has been submitted to seek approval to excavate the landfill and remove landfill material. Once complete, the site will be used for detention/mitigation associated with HCFCD’s Keegan Bayou Channel Improvements.
