WHAT	Westbound lane closures at various locations within the Traffic Control Plan (TCP) limits. Closures will progress from Fulton St. to Reynolds St.; however, different installation limits may occur based on utility/potholing, surveying, and asphalt detour requirements ahead of the planned work.
WHY	Work includes drainage, paving, wastewater, and sidewalk improvements. Crews will begin with underground activities — wastewater work first, affecting westbound lanes, followed by drainage installation underneath the eastbound lanes.
WHEN	Closures will occur daily over the next few months. As work progresses, affected residents will be kept notified.
WHERE	Panama St., from Fulton St. to Reynolds St.
