The eastbound underpass on Greens Road at I-45 will be closed for construction activities. The westbound underpass will remain open, and the overpasses in both directions will continue to operate as normal.

As part of the project scope, crews will install underground gravity sewers using microtunneling methods. This work requires the construction of shafts and associated tunneling operations in the area, which requires the eastbound underpass closure.

The eastbound closure will begin approximately where the underpass starts and extend to just before the intersection at Greenspoint Mall. For exact limits, please refer to the attached Traffic Control Plan (TCP), Phase 3.
