DETAILS This is a street reconstruction project. The improvements include a new road surface, new curb and gutter, new stormwater system, new sidewalks, new bike lanes, and new landscaping. This project also includes curb bump-outs at Quitman/Fulton and Hogan/Fulton intersections, new signals at Quitman, 4-way stop at Hogan, new lighting, and wastewater improvements to impacted areas.
