Work Underway

The contractor is actively constructing access tunnel shafts and installing sanitary sewer along Monroe Road from Swiftwater Lane to Scranton Street. The work is being completed using a tunnel boring machine (TBM), which allows crews to install the new sewer infrastructure underground.

Schedule & Project Completion

Construction began in 2026 and is currently anticipated to be completed in 2028. The project remains on schedule, with no change to the anticipated completion year currently.
