What is causing the delay for this portion of the project?

There was a water main leak at the intersection of Vicksburg @ Westmont Dr., unrelated to the Capital Project on Westmont Dr. The water leak affected a storm line that had to be repaired as part of this. The Vicksburg @ Westmont intersection was reopened after the storm sewer was repaired. It will be closed again for two weeks while the road is being restored. The restoration of this intersection is scheduled to be completed by September 15.

What are the remaining construction activities?

    1. Pavement restoration and repair at Westmont Dr. and Vicksburg St. – Scheduled to be completed by September 15, 2023.
    2. Pavement restoration and repair at I-10 frontage road and Westmont Dr. – Scheduled to be completed by October 15, 2023.
